Served warm or cold. It's always a favorite. 4 apples, sliced 1/4 c. raisins 1/4 c. water 3/4 c. rolled oats 1/3 c. flour 1/4 c. wheat germ (if desired) 1/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. honey (if desired) 1 tsp. cinnamon Lay apple slices in greased 8-inch square pan. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Spoon into small dishes and top with yogurt (if desired). Makes 4 servings. |
