MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
Chopped onion & green pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce (mild or hot to suit taste)
1 bag Dorito chips

Brown meat, onions and green peppers; drain. Then add soups and taco sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil. Line a 10 x 10 inch baking dish with taco or Dorito chips. Spray dish first. Then pour meat mixture over chips. Top with cheese of your choice. Then bake in 350 degree oven until hot through and cheese is melted.
