SWEET POTATO - CRANBERRY
CASSEROLE
 
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 c. chopped pecans OR coarse bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice potatoes. Stir cranberry sauce. Layer potatoes with sauce in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine butter and sugar. Toss with pecans OR crumbs. Top the casserole with this mixture and bake about 35 minutes or until potatoes are hot. Serves 10. Great!
