CRANBERRY SALAD 
3 sm. pkgs. Jello (red)
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1/2 lb. fresh whole cranberries
1 sm. orange, unpeeled
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add cold water. (I usually use 2 strawberry and 1 raspberry). Refrigerate until partially congealed. Grate cranberries and orange in blender. Mix with pineapple, sugar and nuts. Fold in Jello and refrigerate until congealed.
