1 box yellow cake mix
2 lb. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar (or less)
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake as directed on box. Grease a 9x13x2 inch pan and pour in cake mix batter.

Mix together the beaten eggs, ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla. Pour this filling over cake batter. Spread evenly, do not mix into the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares.

Put in cupcake papers and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
