SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
6 1/2 inch thick pork chops
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 green pepper, cut in sqs.
1 c. celery, sliced
1 sm. onion, cut sm.
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1 (15 1/2 oz.) Manwhich
1 (8 1/2 oz.) sliced & quartered pineapple

Trim fat from chops; brown in oil. Remove chops and set aside. Add pepper, celery and onion. Saute lightly; drain fat. Mix cornstarch. Add brown sugar. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly until thickens. Return pork chops, cover and simmer 30 minutes over low heat. Stir once or twice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
