SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
6 boneless pork chops
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 lemon, sliced
1 c. water
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. fresh garlic
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, cut into 6 slices
Salt & pepper

Brown pork chops on both sides in oil, then place sliced onion and then lemon slice on each pork chop. Top each pork chop with 1 tablespoon ketchup and sprinkle with brown sugar. Then add 1 cup of water and garlic, lower the flame and cover, cook for 1/2 hour. Make sure gravy does not burn off; check every 10 minutes and add water if necessary. Serve with brown or white rice, fresh vegetable and a salad.
