SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
6 center cut pork chops, 1 inch thick
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 med. green peppers, cut in strips
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2/3 c. pineapple syrup

Brown the chops in a small amount of shortening. Pour off excess fat. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add to pork chops along with remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
