NO PEEK CHICKEN 
1 pkg. fresh cut-up chicken or Cornish hens
2 c. uncooked wild rice
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk

1. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Add uncooked rice to cover pan evenly.

3. Wash chicken or hens, lay on top of rice uncooked.

4. Sprinkle Liptons onion soup mix (dry) over top of chicken.

5. Combine chicken rice soup (do not dilute), cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute), use soup can and measure 1 full can of milk.

6. Mix soup and milk.

7. Pour soup and milk mixture over top of chicken and rice.

8. Bake in oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Servings: 4-6.
