BAKED MACARONI AND TOMATOES | |
1 1/4 c. elbow macaroni 3 tbsp. butter 1 med.-sized onion, sliced 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 1/2 c. tomatoes 3/4 tsp. salt 1/10 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. grated American cheese Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to directions on package; drain. melt fat; add onion and green pepper and cook slowly 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
