OVERNIGHT CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 to 3 c. chicken or turkey, diced 1 c. broth 1 c. milk 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 1/2 c. elbow macaroni 1 sm. onion, diced 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese Combine all cooled ingredients and place in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Remove foil to brown last 25 minutes. |
