NORWEGIAN GLORIFIED RICE 
2 c. rice, cooked and drained
1 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Chill cooked rice and mix with whipped cream, sugar and vanilla. Thicken red juice with cornstarch and cool. Rice may be served in individual dishes or platter. Pour red sauce on the rice. This is a Christmas Eve dish.
