SHOO-FLY CUPCAKES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda

Mix first set of ingredients and take out 1 cup for crumbs. Then mix second set of ingredients in another bowl. After you removed the 1 cup mix both bowls together.

Fill cupcakes 1/2 full (use cupcake papers) and place 1 teaspoon crumbs on top of each cupcake. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
