HEATH BAR MERINGUE 
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 3/4 c. sugar

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tatar and sugar gradually. Line 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans with foil. Spread half mixture in each pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Leave in oven 10 minutes longer with door open. Remove foils.

FILLING:

1 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
8 Heath bars, crushed (or Kit Kat)

Whip cream; add sugar and bars. Spoon filling on top of meringue and cover with other meringue. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
