ROCKY ROAD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar into butter. Add eggs, then stir in flour, vanilla and cocoa. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows. Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Ice while hot.

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. canned milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Heat milk and melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Mix and pour over cake while cake is warm. Top with nuts.
