RHUBARB CUSTARD 9" PIE 
3 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp. milk
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4-6 c. rhubarb
1 tbsp. butter

Slightly beat eggs. Add milk. Mix and stir sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb; pour in 9" pie pan and add butter.
