BLACK FOREST CHEESECAKE 
1 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 c. Quaker 100 % Natural Cereal, crushed to 3/4 cup) or more
1/3 c. (5 1/3 tbsp.) butter, melted
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch springform pan. Combine first four ingredients. Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla at medium speed of electric mixer, until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir chocolate and cream. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour until center is almost set. Cool completely. Remove rim. Chill. Spread pie filling over top. Serve with whipped cream, if you desire. If you would like, you may decorate the outside edge with whipped cream from a decorator bag. Then top the cream with chocolate shavings.
