PINEAPPLE WALDORF SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 orange, peeled & sectioned
1 tart apple, unpeeled & chopped
1 banana, sliced
1 c. strawberries, hulled
1 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) strawberry yogurt

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; add yogurt and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill. Yield: 8 servings.
