LIME PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained, reserve juice
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add marshmallows and stir to dissolve. Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved. Add enough cold water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups. Add to Jello mixture and let stand until partially set. Fold in whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. Set until firm.
