PINEAPPLE CHIFFON PIE 
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet or Milnot milk, chilled
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.), drained
2 eggs, well beaten

Bring eggs, sugar and juice to boil. Add Jello to mixture. Let cool. Whip chilled can of milk. Mix whipped milk with drained pineapple. Add to Jello mixture. Pour into a baked pie shell. Chill.
