OVERNITE BUNS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco oil)
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
About 12 c. flour

Soak yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Mix other ingredients together until smooth. Add yeast and flour and beat, starting them around 5 o'clock. Knead down every hour. At 10 o'clock put on well greased pans. Let rise all night. Cover with plastic so they don't dry out. Do not let plastic touch buns. Bake in morning at 375 degrees. Yield: 58 to 60 large buns.
