LEMON BROILED CHICKEN 
3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Place chicken, skin side down, on broiler pan. Brush with lemon juice and butter.

Combine salt, pepper and paprika and sprinkle with 1/2 of mixture. Broil 6 inches from heat 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Turn chicken and brush with remaining lemon and butter and season mixture. Broil 10-15 minutes or until done. Serves 4-6. 1/6 of recipe - 198 calories.
