PIZZA DOUGH 
8 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. (cool) water
2 pkg. yeast

Scald milk. Add oil to milk. Add water. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast. Add all of this to flour, sugar and salt. Stir. Knead until dough is smooth. Let rise until double (1 1/2 hours). Knead and roll as thin as you like. This will make 3 large pizzas. May be rolled in ball and frozen.
