CREAMY POTATOES 
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 lb. potatoes O'Brien
12 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar
Corn flakes

Combine everything except the corn flakes. Crumble the corn flakes on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees - 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
