ITALIAN LOAF 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. ham
Pickle

1. Split bread; pull inside out (Italian or French bread).

2. Spread mayonnaise over loaf, sprinkle with parsley.

3. Blend cream cheese, celery, Cheddar cheese, onion and salt in bowl, spoon into bread halves.

4. Quarter pickle lengthwise, put in ham. Place rolls end to end in center of bottom half of loaf.

5. Wrap in foil and chill several hours.
