APPLE KUCHEN 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. (20 oz.) sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture lightly into ungreased pan, building up edges. Bake 10 minutes. Arrange fruit on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle on top of fruit. Blend sour cream and egg. Drizzle over fruit. Topping will not be completely over fruit. Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
