FLUFFA'S BOURBON MARINADE 
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Makes 3 cups of marinade. Place 2-3 pounds of elk or venison steaks in marinade for 3-8 hours before barbecuing.
