CUSTARD RHUBARB PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. butter 2 eggs 3 c. chopped rhubarb Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Add rhubarb and pour into pie shell. Put on top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 to 45 minutes longer. |
