PAPRIKA SCHNITZEL 
1 1/2 lbs. veal, sliced
Oil (bacon fat optional)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream (or 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk with 1/2 c. water and 1 tbsp. vinegar)
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Brown the veal in oil. Remove from pan, then saute chopped onion and add paprika and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients, reserving a little sour cream. Add meat. Cook 30 minutes and stir in remaining sour cream.
