HOLIDAY PUNCH 
1 quart lime or rainbow sherbet
1 or 2 quarts ginger ale

The day before, make an ice mold by freezing a gelatine mold decorated with green and red cherries (a wreath mold is very attractive - add a few drops of green food coloring). A ring pan can also be used to form a wreath.

In a large punch bowl, add pour ginger ale over. Stir to soften. Unmold the ice and add to the punch bowl.
