COCONUT PECAN BROWNIES | |
1 (21 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1 egg 1 can ready to spread coconut pecan frosting 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of a 9x13 baking pan. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Add pecan frosting and sour cream. Spread batter in greased pan. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 42-52 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into 24 bars. |
