REMOULADE SALAD DRESSING 
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 tsp. tomato ketchup
3 green onions (shallots with part of green tops)
1 celery heart with 4 or 5 branches and leaves

Mince celery. Combine with other ingredients and salt and pepper. Let chill before serving.
