SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. beef, pork, veal (total)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 can consomme soup

Mix together and form into balls all ingredients except soup. Brown in butter. Put into casserole dish. Pour consomme over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
