2 LOAVES OR LOTS OF ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. rapid rise yeast
5/8 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
6 to 7 c. bread flour or all-purpose flour (Don't make it too dry)

Add yeast to warm water to dissolve, let set 5 minutes. Mix oil, honey, salt and yeast mixture. Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Knead with heel of hands for about 5 minutes on floured board. Let rise in warm place for about 30 to 40 minutes until double. Press out air and put in bread pans or shape into rolls. Let rise 20 to 30 minutes. Bake rolls at 325 degrees 15 minutes or bread 25 minutes until golden.
