HOT SAUSAGE SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. mayonnaise (heaping)
1 1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 egg
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Bisquick, milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and spread evenly over the bottom of well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Saute sausage and onions and drain on paper towel, then spread over biscuit mixture.

Beat egg with the other 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, grated cheese and green chilies. Spread over meat mixture and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cut into squares and serve hot.
