HOT RICE AND SAUSAGE 
1 lb. link sausage
1 lb. hot pan sausage
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 c. bell pepper
4 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. butter

Cook pan sausage and crumble up when cool. Slice link sausage in wheels and fry on both sides until tender. Cook onion and bell pepper and crushed red pepper in 1/2 cup of water. Steam until hot and tender. Add butter and 3-4 shakes of black pepper. Pour over cooked rice in quart casserole dish. Mix well and cook slowly in oven (400 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
