SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
1 pkg. bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
8 slices bacon, cooked

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. sugar
4 green onions or chives, chopped

Combine spinach, sprouts, chestnuts, mushrooms, and oranges. Cook bacon, drain on paper towel and add to salad. Mix dressing ingredients. Add to salad and enjoy.
