PUEBLO PEACH CRISP 
6 fresh peaches, pitted and cut into 3/4 inch slices (5 to 6 c.)
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar

Place peaches in a shallow baking pan or casserole dish. Mix white sugar and salt; sprinkle over peaches. Combine flour and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and cut in butter until mixture is formed into small balls; sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until top is lightly brown and crumbly. Serve warm with whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream.
