TOM MONAHAN STEW | |
1 can biscuits 1 lb. ground beef 4 carrots, chopped 6 med. potatoes, cubed 2 tbsp. beef bouillon 1 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup (or any) Optional 1 lg. onion, chopped Mix ground beef, potatoes and optional onion in large pot. Cook covered 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Next add carrots, water and beef bouillon. Cook additional 20 minutes. Stir in soup and place biscuits on top, cover, cook 20 minutes on low until biscuits are cooked. |
