SLOPPY TOMS 
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground turkey (thawed if frozen)
2 c. (1 packet, 7/8 oz. turkey gravy mix)
1/3 c. chili sauce or catsup
4 burger buns, split & toasted

Saute onions and pepper in oil in medium skillet, until onions are tender. Add turkey, cook until it looks done (no pink). Prepare gravy mix, according to package directions and stir into turkey mixture with the chili sauce. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve immediately over toasted buns. Serves 4.
