EASY EGG AND SAUSAGE PUFF 
6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 c. biscuit baking mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

Heat oven 350. Grease 2 quart casserole. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean about 1 hour.

Easy Egg and Sausage Puff can be baked immediately also.
