SAUSAGE - EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. mustard

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Place bread cubes in bottom of 9x13 buttered casserole. Crumble sausage over bread and top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
