EGG AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
8 oz. bulk sausage
3 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. shredded Swiss
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Prepare pie crust. Cook sausage in skillet; drain well. Sprinkle hard cooked eggs in bottom of pastry shell, top with sausage and cheese. Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
