SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. sausage
1 pt. half and half
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 deep-dish pie crusts
grated cheese
paprika
1/4 c. cold butter

Cook pie shells at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Line with browned, drained sausage. Cover with cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.

Bake for 35 to 40 more minutes.
