WHITE MOON CAKE 
3 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
5 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour, add salt and baking powder. Add alternately flour mixture with milk. Then add vanilla and lastly stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake cake in 2 prepared 9 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tests done. Ice with your favorite icing.
