3/4 c. creamy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. walnuts 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Cream together peanut butter, vanilla, sugar, butter and nuts. Form into balls and chill. Melt chocolate chips (double boiler works best), then dip the balls into the chocolate and freeze them. |
