AUNT GERT'S BUTTER TARTS 
2 c. brown sugar
2 or 3 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 c. raisins
Graham cracker tart shells or pastry for 2 crust pie, unbaked

Put first 6 ingredients into a large bowl. Beat with fork, not a mixer. When well blended fill uncooked pastry shells or graham cracker tart shells. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.

Note: 1 double pie crust recipe makes about 14-16 tarts. Use cupcake tins.
