MOCK CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. white sauce
1 c. tuna (7 oz. can large pieces)
2 c. cooked carrots, drained
1 c. cooked peas, drained

Season with salt and pepper, pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Heat in oven 450 degrees until mixture bubbles, 25 minutes. Then cover immediately with rich biscuit dough.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Add flour and salt, stirring to make smooth paste. Add milk, slowly stirring to keep smooth. Cook over low heat until thick.
