FISH WITH MUSTARD SAUCE | |
1 lb. fresh flounder fillets or 1 pkg. frozen fillets 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. yellow mustard 1 tbsp. chopped onions 2 tsp. marjoram flakes Place fillets in shallow baking dish. Combine the rest of ingredients in small bowl. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each fillet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until fish flakes with fork. Serves 4. |
