FRUIT AND CREAM TART 
1 (9 inch) pie crust pastry
1 pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
2/3 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pt. fresh strawberries
2 med. sliced bananas
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Roll out pastry to 15 inch circle and place in 14 inch round pizza pan. Fork around crust edge and poke holes in center. Bake 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until brown.

Combine cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and rinds. Beat until smooth. Add heavy cream. Beat until thick. Spread over cool crust and chill.

GLAZE: Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in pan. Stir in water and juices. Cook and stir until boils. Cook 1 minute. Save 3 strawberries for center. Arrange strawberries around outer edge. Bananas next, then oranges. Continue until you get to the center. Place 3 strawberries in center. Spoon on glaze.
